This is a senior clinical opportunity within a growing organisation offering autonomy, strong governance support and structured progression. The Paediatric Clinical Lead will initially manage a small caseload of four complex care packages due to continued growth across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey. The Role The Paediatric Clinical Lead will provide clinical oversight across community based paediatric complex care packages, ensuring safe mobilisation, workforce competency and high clinical standards. You will work closely with families, case managers, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care within the home environment.
