Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement and Trading Manager will have responsibility for procurement processes from supplier selection through to stock management and third-party trading. Key Accountabilities Efficient supplier management evident with legally compliant, price-competitive, sustainable and quality product, SLA adherence and forecasting of supply The manufacturing demand for raw material and packaging are consistently met for UK and GmbH business units Design and delivery of Supplier Performance Scorecard and remedial action to address areas of improvement or non-compliance Design and delivery of up-to-date price catalogue for all suppliers o Third party trading partner relationship management; with profitability evident of all trading activity Third party storage provider relationship management to enable optimal stock management at all times Successful internal stakeholder management Compliance with approved strategies, policies and procedures associated with the above Person specification Demonstrable experience of supplier relationship management Strong financial and commercial acumen evidenced by growth and profitability of previous account management Demonstrable understanding of market analysis platforms and application to pricing negotiation Experience of wo
