This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a successful international business, supporting customers across the order process while working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered.The successful candidate will ideally bring Italian language skills alongside previous customer service experience. Experience working within an export environment, particularly with customers across the Middle East, would also be highly desirable.
