The Role

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Contribute ideas for menus and specials, showcasing creativity and passion for food

About You

Experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally at gastro pub or restaurant level

Enthusiastic, reliable, and a strong team player

A genuine passion for producing great food with fresh, seasonal ingredients
