Returns and Support CoordinatorThatcham 26,000 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmWe are recruiting for a Returns and Support Coordinator to join a growing business based in Thatcham. This is a varied role combining returns administration, stock control, customer support and warehouse duties.This position offers excellent long-term development opportunities, with full training provided and the opportunity to progress into technical support, diagnostics and product repairs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the returns process from receipt through to replacement.Respond to retailer enquiries regarding returns, spare parts and orders.Process spare parts orders, including picking, packing and dispatch.Assess returned stock and determine the appropriate next steps.Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock checks.Process stock movements within SAP.Provide basic product troubleshooting support following training.About YouExperience in returns, stock control, warehouse or logistics environments.Strong customer service and email communication skills.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Confident using computer systems and learning new software.Able to work independently and make informed decisions.Comfortable lifting and moving boxed products when required.DesirableSAP or stock management system experience.Mechanical, electronics or technical experience.Interest in technical products or hands-on problem solving.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent ..... full job details .....
