Electrical Maintenance Engineer Leeds - LS2 Full Time £40k Plus Overtime + Flexible Benefits Summary NG Bailey Facilities Services have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias), to work with our amazing client Victoria Leeds Retail to provide a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive). This role is located in Leeds City Centre, and is a customer facing role, providing excellent opportunities for development. You''ll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from (1hr Lunch). You''ll also work two Saturdays a month, but you can pick a day off the following week that works best for you, there are also opportunities for Overtime. We can offer Reduced Parking at £4 per day if travelling by Car. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements and risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey health and safety systems and procedures.Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreement''s to meet KPI''s.Demonstrate appropriate Health and Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external Legislation governing the Business Operations.Capable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works and Small Projects carried out by others.
