Salary: £40K – £50K basic + bonus (OTE up to £10K, with potential for an additional £5K for exceeding annual targets) + company vehicle, laptop, iPhone & benefits

About Us
Endoline Machinery Ltd is a leading UK manufacturer of case erectors, case packers, case sealers and palletising systems. We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic UK Sales Manager to join our team, focused on growing sales across the North of the UK, Ireland and Scotland.
This role is crucial to the continued success of Endoline and will involve nurturing and leveraging existing partnerships while developing new relationships, always delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical sales within the packaging or machinery industry, with a strong ability to communicate confidently with both customers and internal teams to build lasting, trusted relationships.
You’ll be given full product training and will be responsible for generating leads both personally and through Endoline’s established marketing channels, supported by our strong and wide-reaching UK customer portfolio.
The role is home-based and covers a broad region – including the Midlands, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Manchester, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Cumbria, Lincolnshire, Scotland and Ireland – so flexibility for travel and overnight stays is essential. You’ll be equipped with a company vehicle, laptop and iPhone.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build long-term partnerships with both existing and prospective customers
- Act as the key point of contact for all sales activity across the Northern UK, Scotland and Ireland
- Respond promptly to sales enquiries and provide exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Personally generate leads and follow up on marketing-generated enquiries
- Manage projects from enquiry through to installation and implementation
- Present tailored proposals and technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Attend customer site visits, exhibitions, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
- Liaise with internal technical and engineering teams to support client requirements
- Update the CRM system regularly and use data to inform your strategy
- Support Endoline’s marketing team in promoting the brand across the UK
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in B2B technical sales or account management (ideally within packaging or automation machinery)
- An engineering qualification or background is desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills – both internally and externally
- Self-motivated, proactive and organised – able to manage your own region
- Competence in using IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
