You''ll also play a key part in mentoring junior staff, ensuring quality, and shaping the firm''s future tax services offering.What You''ll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice across a range of tax areasPlanning and reviewing tax consultancy and compliance assignmentsPresenting solutions to complex technical tax issues and providing strategic recommendationsBuilding trusted relationships with clients and supporting new business developmentManaging WIP, billing, and recoverability to achieve financial targetsSupporting and developing junior team members within the tax departmentEnsuring full compliance with internal procedures and risk management What We''re Looking For: CTA qualified or equivalent experience within a tax environmentPractical experience in OMB tax issues, including income tax, corporation tax
