Our client are looking for a Stores and Logistics Operative to come and join a growing and successful business to assist in the smooth function of the site.Responsibilities:Order Fulfilment and Dispatch: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. Arrange courier collections and ensure timely despatch.System Processing and Documentation: Process goods in and out, enter data accurately into our ERP system, and complete job-related paperwork.Goods-In Handling: Receive deliveries, inspect quality, and check against purchase orders to ensure everything''s as expected.Manual Handling: Load and unload deliveries and materials, following best manual handling practices.Kitting and Cutting Jobs: Use job sheets to prepare and cut materials (e.g., plastic sheets) to specification. Full training on guillotine and wall saw provided.Stock Control: Carry out regular stock checks, maintain system accuracy, and investigate any discrepancies.General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. Support team members as needed.Forklift Operations: Operate forklifts for movement of goods and materials (training provided if required).
