This role will play a key part in supporting the organisation''s strategic ambition to become a Tier 1 bank in EMEA and meet the regulatory expectations of the European Central Bank (ECB).The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end service design and introduction lifecycle, ensuring all new or changed services are operationally ready, compliant, resilient, and aligned with both regulatory and internal standards.Required Experience and SkillsProven experience within Service Design and Transition in a regulated financial services environment.Strong understanding of ITIL v4 service management frameworks.Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes within banking or financial services.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent documentation and process mapping capabilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesService Design and TransitionLead the full service design and introduction lifecycle for ECB programme deliverables.Develop and implement Service Design Packages (SDPs) for new and changed services.Ensure services are designed for resilience, scalability, and operational supportability.Ensure
