Applications Support Analyst A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Applications Support Analyst to join our Southampton/Jersey based law firm on a permanent basis.Applications Support Analyst Summary:To drive business improvement and operational efficiency by analysing business requirements, identifying technology-enabled solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of systems, processes, and digital capabilities that support the firms Corporate Services business strategic objectives. Applications Support Analyst Key Responsibilities:* Provide support activities on the applications for the Corporate Service business. * Delivering workflow automation, system integrations, dashboard development, reporting solutions and data visualisation to improve business outcomes.* Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to requests for support when required.
