KennethBrian Associates are working with a well established company in supporting them with appointing a new Payroll Manager. As the newly appointed Payroll Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the payroll function, ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all payrolls. You will ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, HMRC regulations, workplace pension requirements, and company policies, whilst driving continuous improvement across payroll systems, processes, and team performance.You will work closely with the Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and external system providers to deliver an efficient payroll service that supports the organisation''s operational and strategic objectives.
