BRENT CARERS CENTRE is now recruiting for the following position: Operations Manager £40,000 p.a. 35 hours per week This role will significantly support the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees with the strategic direction of the organisation as well as ensuring appropriate and adequate resources are in place to develop and deliver services to unpaid carers in Brent. You will lead and supervise a team of advice workers providing AQS quality control, and so you will need to have significant experience in advice work and delivering services within quality standard frameworks. You will also be representative at strategic partnership level, contribute to successful funding applications, tenders and bids. Highly effective leadership, people management, advice and representation skills are essential to this role.
