The Project You ll be responsible for the delivery of a significant housing refurbishment scheme in partnership with the local council. The works include: Internal and external refurbishment of two six-storey blocks of flats Fire door replacement, fire stopping works, and sprinkler system installation Bathroom and electrical upgrades Boiler replacements and solar PV installation Windows, doors, flat roof replacement, and external wall insulation The Role As Site Manager, you ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and managing site operations day-to-day. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and overseeing site teams and subcontractors Enforcing Health and Safety policies and maintaining records Managing inductions, site meetings, and daily operations Monitoring quality and compliance with specifications Supporting and developing staff through training and coaching Ensuring site presentation and client satisfaction are consistently maintained What You ll Need NVQ Level 4 / HNC in Construction (or equivalent experience) SMSTS, CSCS card, and Scaffold Inspection certification Asbestos Awarene
