This role is ideal for a calm, resilient and compassionate practitioner who is passionate about supporting a vulnerable child on a 1:1 basis, helping them feel safe, regulated and ready to engage with learning. The Role: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a vulnerable pupil who requires consistent emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day. You will play a key role in helping them manage their emotions, behaviour and engagement, both in and out of the classroom.
