Job Title: Graduate Structural Engineer Location: Glasgow / Edinburgh Salary: 30,000 - 37,000 (depending on experience) Full time About the Role I am looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Structural Engineer to join a growing team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects, and develop the technical and professional skills required to progress towards chartership. You will contribute to projects both in the office and on-site, supporting the preparation of structural designs, engineering calculations, technical drawings, and reports. Working closely with senior engineers and project managers, you will gain exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial design and tender preparation through to project delivery. Alongside developing your technical expertise, you will have opportunities to build your understanding of client liaison, project coordination, commercial activities, and budget management.
