This is a key post to lead on the strategy development of the parenting delivery in partnership with key partners, staff and families across the Children''s Workforce, from pre-birth to 18 (and 25 with SEND).

They will provide strategic leadership and oversight in development of a clear Parenting Strategy and plan ensuring the efficient and effective development of our Parenting offer aligning with the Family Help strategy, Social Care reforms and parenting policies. They will ensure that interventions are evidence based and aare measurable evidenced improved outcomes for children, young people and families

Updates and reports to Partnership Board and Leadership teams

· Any milestones for completion of particular projects -

6 months to complete a parenting strategy and implementation plan

· Whether the services will need to be provided to any other bodies
