Senior Associate Estate Agency We re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Associate to join our busy estate agency team. You ll be responsible for generating new business, conducting valuations, negotiating sales and lettings, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the property journey. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years estate agency experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of winning instructions and achieving targets. You ll also support junior team members, build lasting client relationships, and identify opportunities across mortgages, solicitor referrals, and other services.
