Your responsibilities will include:Supporting and Coaching Teams Implementing and improving daily management boards and routines.Delivering training and awareness sessions on AOS principles.Coaching frontline managers, technicians, and operators in AOS bricks and MES usage.Helping teams understand and adopt change through clear, structured tutoring.
