Teaching Assistant - Tunbridge Wells

You may also support the class teacher, work with small groups, and help create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children or young people (school experience is beneficial but not essential).
• Be patient, approachable, and able to build positive relationships.
• Be open to long-term placements and committed to providing consistent support.
• Have a flexible and proactive approach to working in a school setting.
