Ensuring patient details are kept up to date. Discuss the benefits of Eyeplan with patients and suggest becoming a member, completing online registration form with patients. Taking payments for eye examinations, spectacles, contact lenses and sundry items. Balancing the till at the end of the day and producing appropriate reports. Dealing with post before the end of each day Checking and responding to emails sent to the practice email account. Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment.
