Location:-Sudbury, Suffolk
Hours:-Monday to Thursday | 06:30 - 17:00 (Four-day working week)
Salary:14.00 - -16.50+ per hour (DOE)
Contract:-Temporary to Permanent

Stonetech Recruitment-are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Sudbury to recruit an-Electrical Assembler.

The Role

As an Electrical Assembler, you''ll be responsible for assembling, wiring and testing electrical control panels to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels, cabinets and enclosures to engineering specifications.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings.

• Install and wire components including PLCs, relays, contactors, circuit breakers and terminal blocks.

• Carry out cable preparation, crimping, stripping and termination.

• Complete point-to-point and continuity testing to ensure quality and functionality.

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area while following health and safety procedures.

About You

We''re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring or panel building (preferred).

• Can confidently read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

• Is competent using hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment.

• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

• Is reliable, punctual and enjoys working as part of a team.

• Has a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
