The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you''ll support the leadership team in driving store performance, leading and developing your team and delivering outstanding visual merchandising standards. You''ll play a key role in creating an engaging shopping environment while ensuring commercial targets and KPIs are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high performing retail team

• Drive sales, productivity and KPI performance

• Deliver exceptional customer service across the store

• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation

• Support the day to day running of a busy fashion retail store

• Analyse sales performance and identify commercial opportunities

• Manage stock, operations and store standards

• Support recruitment, training and succession planning

About You

We''re looking for an Assistant Manager or experienced retail leader with:

• Previous management experience within fashion retail, footwear, accessories or lifestyle retail

• A strong passion for visual merchandising and an excellent eye for detail

• Proven experience driving sales and delivering KPI performance

• A hands on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams

• Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills

• A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Experience working within a fast paced, high volume retail environment is highly desirable.
