We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well - established and growing building services company, covering the London area. This is a hands-on position carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services and MandE systems. You''ll be responsible for fault finding, servicing and maintaining mechanical plant while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The Role As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Servicing and maintaining mechanical plant and building services equipment Fault finding and diagnosing mechanical issues Servicing pumps and pressurisation units Carrying out routine service inspections in accordance with PPM schedules Responding to breakdowns and call-outs Identifying faults and completing necessary remedial works Producing reports and relevant certification Completing and maintaining site logbooks Ensuring work complies with Health and Safety requirements and risk assessments Liaising with customers and tenants while on site Supporting small works and projects where required Minimising repeat visits through effective fault diagnosis and repair What We''re Looking For You should have previous experience working within mechanical building services, facilities management or an MandE ..... full job details .....
