Job Title: Site Agent
Location: Site based with base in Oxfordshire
Salary: To andpound;40,000 to 60,000, Company car/ allowance and benefits

A fantastic new opportunity for a Site Agent to join our Sewer Rehabilitation team based at our office in Oxfordshire. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations on our Thames Water framework contract, ensuring compliance with current health andamp; safety regulations, meeting both highways and client''s requirements andamp; public liaison. You''ll be working on some of our exciting projects for one of our biggest customers in the water industry.

What''s the role:
- Ensure compliance with both highways authority andamp; clients requirements, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Conduct monthly audits and inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with both our client andamp; their customers to ensure satisfaction with the work being undertaken, fostering strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with local authorities to secure permits for street works, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Organize efficient traffic management systems, including traffic lights, road closures, and other necessary measures, to minimize disruptions and maintain safety on-site.

What you will need:
- Required certifications: Supervisor Streetworks, SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safety.
- Preferred experience with sewer lining / patching or general experience in sewerage works.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing andamp; setting up temporary traffic management systems.
- Expertise in health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to programme works
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Full Uk Driving License
