Our TRUE values are Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment.About The RoleOCS Security is seeking a Security Systems Installation Engineer to maintain and enhance relationships with clients in multiple sectors including Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues. The role focuses on installation and commissioning of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems, with some work on Panic/Affray Alarms, Nurse Call and EVCS systems, ranging from small works to full turnkey solutions on major infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with team members, project engineers and project managers to deliver solutions and interact with clients and other trades professionally, positively representing the Company.Responsibilities
Managing all relevant documentationEnsuring customer expectations are consistently metManaging workload effectivelyQuality ManagementAchieving company KPIs for attendance in line with client SLAsCollaboration and teamworkProblem-solvingDelivering exceptional customer serviceMaintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, in line with client and company expectations, to foster the Company''s positive imageLeading by example by adhering to all company rules and regulations, complying with site regulations, and safeguarding Company assetsEnsuring timely completion of all required Company documentation, including Time Sheets, Expense Claims, and Site Reports, in accordance with established guidelinesObserving and following company health and safety protocols to contribute to a safe working environmentQualifications
A minimum of three to five years'' experience in a similar roleQualifications / Experience with Enterprise solutions including Dahlmeier, Lenel, Synectics, Salto, Gallagher preferred, though not essentialCandidates with a strong aptitude for learning and experience with similar Enterprise solutions will be considered for investment in trainingCSCS CardECS CardIPAFPASMAFirst AidSSSTSManufacturer TrainingHow To Apply
