Description Operations Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Join the Central Operations team in an exciting and varied opportunity, providing support across several functions within the business. The team provides technical advice and support to the Great Britain Corporate Risk and Broking (GB CRB) Lines of Business, with a focus on best practice, quality assurance and digital transformation. You''ll support initiatives from within WTW while also helping to align with projects across the wider insurance market. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to shape and deliver the value proposition of these responsibilities in supporting GB CRB, as well as become a key conduit for the Business. You will help to drive the GB CRB Continuous Improvement programme, focusing on platform integrations, embedded quality checks and process efficiency. You will develop and apply your knowledge of WTW best practice standards and processes to enhance the value brought to Clients. Central Operations are responsible for a number of key market and internal modernisation efforts and you will support both as we seek to re-define the Target Operating Model and align to broader market transformation efforts. The Role Centrally own and push the integration of PPL to internal platforms and its continued adoption for ePlacing.
