JOB OUTLINE The aim of the role is: - To be responsible for shaping and delivering the residential homes and managing the team to achieve the same. - To support children aged from 8 to 18 years old who have complex behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties. Your focus will be centred on the needs of each child. - To provide high quality care services that support the needs of the residents, and to be an advocate for their wellbeing. - To provide strong, motivational leadership to staff.
