Personnel Selection Recruitment is recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Engineer to join our client, a long-established employer in the Andover area. This is a varied and practical role supporting the Manufacturing Manager with the day-to-day running of the maintenance department across machinery, site services, building maintenance and continuous improvement activity.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, long-standing local employer offering a varied maintenance role within a busy manufacturing environment. The role is 39 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday from 7.45am to 5.00pm and Friday from 7.45am to 12.45pm. Salary is dependent on skill level and experience. You will be involved in planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with contractors, supporting health and safety standards and helping to resolve equipment or facilities issues promptly.
