Job Title: Project Manager Electrical Transmission Location: UK-Wide (with national travel, focus on Midlands and South West) About the Role: We re seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee major Electrical Transmission infrastructure projects across the UK. With a primary focus on substation and MandE frameworks (up to 400kV), this role plays a key part in the UK''s transition to renewable energy and the modernisation of the national grid.You ll take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to delivery and closeout driving performance, quality, and safety across each phase. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple Electrical Transmission and MandE projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and supply chain partners to execute site and design activities effectively. Maintain full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all workstreams. Build and manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients and project partners. Contribute to tender processes, work winning, and pipeline planning. Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all work aligns with relevant legislation including CDM, HSWA, and EAWR.
