We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a leadingandnbsp;hospitality destination in the South West.andnbsp;

Set within a stunning countryside location, the venue hosts weddings, private dining experiences and celebrations, offering guests exceptional food, service and hospitality or a place to unwind in the idyllic surroundings and sample some of the best food in the area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with experience in hotels, restaurantsandnbsp;or quality hospitality who is looking for a role that offers consistent hours, a supportive team environment, wants to learn and the opportunity to cook with some amazing, seasonal, locallly sourced produce.

The Role

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food forandnbsp;the restaurant, events and private functions
• Support the kitchen team with food preparation, service and daily operations
• Work with fresh, seasonal produce to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
• Experience withinandnbsp;restaurants, hotels or a similar hospitality environment
• Strong food preparation, organisational and communication skills
• Passion for quality food and excellent guest service
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
