No previous sales, fundraising, or customer service experience needed - full training provided from day one. What you''ll do: Engage members of the public face-to-face in your local community. Represent well-known charities, sharing their mission and impact. Build rapport, answer questions, and guide new supporters through sign-up. Work towards individual and team sales targets. What we''re looking for: Friendly, confident, and a strong communicator. Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. Comfortable in a customer-facing, target-driven, sales role. Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, leisure, healthcare, education, or graduates all welcome.
