Role: Clinical Lead - Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) services Salary/Benefits: up to £70,000 depending on the level of experience Hours: Full Time Location: National role - base negotiable. Hybrid For over 25 years, our specialist residential care services have provided therapeutic care and education for girls who have experienced child sexual exploitation (CSE). Our specialist CSE services aim at understanding and reducing risk factors through an evidence based model of care that is trauma informed and developed to deliver therapeutic residential care, individual therapy and education packages. We are now looking for an experienced Psychologist to join us as our Clinical Lead to further develop our clinical model and support operational colleagues to embed this in practice. The post will require someone with previous experience of working as a qualified Psychologist with children and young people in relevant settings such as CAMHS, residential care and/or trauma informed services.
