We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join an established contractor/developer on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site activities across commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site resources. Ensure works are completed in line with programme, specifications and quality standards. Maintain strict health and safety compliance and site documentation. Liaise with project management, commercial teams and clients to ensure successful delivery. Requirements: Proven Site Manager experience within commercial construction. Background working for a main contractor on commercial new-build, refurbishment or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site management and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
