This will involve information gathering to ensure that all professionals who have been involved in the applicants educational career to date are contacted to request their input as part of the application process. Processing and recording incoming annual review paperwork from children/young people''s schools who have an Education, Health and Care Plan in place. Bundle preparation of received paperwork to be submitted to the Local Authority for a decision on whether a needs assessment/EHCP agreement is required. Essential experience includes: Excellent customer service skills who remain calm when dealing with distressed or angry callers.
