Planning Coordinator!

Based in Dudley

Monday to Friday

9:00am to 5:00pm and 8:00am to 4:00pm (alternating weeks)

-15.22 per hour

What you will do:

• Liaising with customers to manage the installations.
• Co-ordinating surveyors, engineers, builders and sub-contractors, to ensure our customer receives the best possible experience.
• Keeping all systems up to date.

Key tasks:

• Planning, booking and organising work for builders and engineers along with required sub-contractors.
• Ensure customers are updated at every step of the installation journey.
• Liaising with the Regional build/Installations Manager and assisting in the resolution of any issues.
• Ensuring available resource is filled to capacity, whilst also making sure SLA''s are achieved.
• Manage all inbound and outbound telephone calls and Email Inboxes relating to the installations.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, surveyors, engineers, builders, build/installation managers, logistics team and sub-contractors.
• Ensure all systems are up to date.

Ideal candidate:

• Must have experience of scheduling installation projects involving multiple trades.
• Ideally have knowledge of requirements covering building works in domestic properties
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK and experience planning work for field based teams
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
