CCM ECM Direct Sales UK and Nordics, with Channel Partner Management REMOTE anylocation in the UK

Customer Communication Management (CCM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Document Automation

Experienced Sales Person for UK & Nordics.

Current Global politics is driving changes in UK, EU & Nordics buying patterns as organisations seek to reduce risk. This is a major opportunity to sell to Enterprise companies in Banking, Finance, Insurance and other regulated companies who are actively seeking to modernise their technology stacks and right shore operations in less risk laden territories.
EU regulations are forcing agile responses, this company takes on big projects and delivers.

You will be:
Growing the company in the UK and Nordics. Think of yourself with a founder mindset, building the your own horizon with an award winning suite of CCM & ECM Solutions and selling to major Enterprise Clients in Finance, Banking, Insurance and other regulated verticals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new logo acquisition while managing and expanding existing client relationships
  • Engaging and developing partner/channel relationships
  • Executing across two core areas:
  • Direct Sales (initial focus -80%)
  • Partner/Channel Management (-20%, flexible depending on strengths)
  • Designing and executing a strategic sales plan aligned with HQ objectives
  • Identifying opportunities and aligning appropriate solutions
  • Collaborating closely with pre-sales, marketing, and internal teams to deliver best-fit solutions
  • Understanding client pain points and delivering solutions focused on accessibility, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
  • Managing pipeline effectively and maintaining strong CRM hygiene

What’s needed

  • Proven track record of selling CCM, ECM, digital content automation, or document accessibility solutions
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and content ecosystems
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, particularly with C-suite and senior IT stakeholders
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g. financial services, insurance, utilities, government, healthcare)
  • Advantageous if you have familiarity selling platforms such as Quadient, Compart, OpenText, Hyland, Smart Communications, or similar CCM ECM
  • Document processing, data transformation, and digital content automation technologies

Very good remuneration. OTE up to £200k. basic negotiable
Remote can be Hybrid if preferred
