As a Business Development Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in expanding the dealer network and driving sales growth within the automotive sector. Your primary objective will be to win new business with car dealerships and garages who currently don''t offer warranties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take more accountability within a sales role, managing your own generated pipeline, within a well establish brand. The role is remote, and you will be required to cover the North of England Responsibilities and day to day duties As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: Drive sales growth by increasing warranties policies volumes and dealer accounts in line with agreed targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a strategic target log. Manage new leads end-to-end, ensuring timely responses and smooth onboarding of dealers. Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM systems, reporting on KPIs and sales performance. Conduct regular dealer reviews, implement improvement plans, and provide training where necessary.
