Sourcing Lead - Remote Contract OpportunityOur client, a global leader in pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Sourcing Lead for a 3-6 month contingent engagement, working remotely.Key Skills and ResponsibilitiesStrategic sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies across complex laboratory and clinical service categories.Procurement project management: Manage multiple sourcing projects end-to-end with clear timelines, deliverables, and savings targets.RFx and eSourcing: Lead RFI/RFP events, bid analysis, and supplier evaluation using digital sourcing tools.Negotiation: Drive commercial negotiations and support contract award and handover in collaboration with Legal, Quality, and Finance.Benchmarking and analytical skills: Conduct spend analysis, market benchmarking, and build robust cost comparisons.Excel and PowerPoint: Use advanced Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for clear stakeholder presentations.Laboratory categories and research CRO markets: Apply strong understanding of supplier landscapes, cost drivers, and market trends in pharma/biotech/life sciences.Contract systems and SOP compliance: Support integration of agreements into source-to-pay systems and ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards.Stakeholder management: Run stakeholder meetings, manage risks, and influence senior partners across our client''s team.Contract details: 60-70 per hourInside IR35Start date - ASAPEnd date - February 2027Fully remoteIf you have 5+ years in ..... full job details .....
