The Role at a Glance
Youandrsquo;ll be delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at KS5 depending on your background and experience. This is a role where your passion for Maths and dedication to student success will truly shine.

• Planning and teaching high-quality Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities
• Tracking and assessing student progress and providing meaningful feedback
• Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Encouraging a growth mindset and independent learning
• Collaborating with colleagues to continually develop best practice
• Supporting students to achieve and exceed their academic goals

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent andndash; though unqualified teachers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is a bonus)
• A genuine enthusiasm for Mathematics and education
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
