This role can be done 100% remote within the UK.DescriptionProvide technical support for the iTrent HR and payroll system, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.Develop custom solutions within the iTrent application to meet organisational needs.Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather and analyse system requirements.Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain optimal performance.Ensure data integrity and security within the iTrent application.Document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams.Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective resolutions.Work closely with vendors and external partners to enhance system functionality.ProfileMust haves:iTrent experienceTroubleshootingBack End coding in iTrentDebug and fix problems in iTrentNice to haves:Public Sector or Charity experienceJob Offer100% Remote26 days holiday + BHS - rising with service to 30Buy 5 extra daysEnhanced maternity andamp; paternityAny extra time off can be taken off in LieuMatched pension up to 11%Health cash planTime off to volunteer35 hour work week
