Sales Advisor - Utilities (Water)

Salary: -26,67829,987 (negotiable up to -34K DOE) + OTE -40K in 1st year, uncapped commission
Location: Peterlee | 37.5 hrs/week | Hybrid after 12 weeks

What you''ll do:

• Make outbound calls to SMEs using high-quality data
• Build rapport, uncover needs, and close deals
• Manage your pipeline, hit targets, and generate leads for other services
• Handle objections like a pro and maximise every call

Who we''re looking for:

• 12+ months B2B outbound sales experience
• Confident on the phone with strong relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, organised, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in utilities/water is a bonus, but strong sales skills matter most
