Working closely with customers, internal delivery teams and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for leading several software implementation projects at any one time. You''ll coordinate resources, manage project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure customers receive an exceptional implementation experience throughout the project lifecycle.Communication will be key, balancing customer expectations with internal priorities whilst ensuring projects remain on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.Lead project planning, scheduling and governance activities.Build trusted relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering groups.Work closely with Professional Services, Product, Support and Development teams to ensure successful project delivery.Produce regular project status reports for both customers and internal stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and project delivery standards.Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.Required Skills and Experience Proven experience delivering software implementation projects within a SaaS organisation.Experience managing multiple client-facing implementation projects simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder ..... full job details .....
