This is a full-time, permanent role offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to manage and resolve a variety of complex disrepair cases, ensuring high-quality solutions for residents.In this role, you will oversee both new and historic disrepair cases, conducting thorough surveys, preparing detailed reports, and working closely with contractors and legal teams to resolve issues.
