The role offers a varied workload, combining technical accounting, tax, and business advisory, alongside team leadership and client relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance and TaxPreparation and review of year-end accounts, corporate tax returns, and capital allowance computationsCompletion of personal tax returns and capital gains tax computationsSupporting RandD tax claim implementationEnsuring all compliance work is delivered within agreed deadlines (typically 8-10 weeks post year-end)Assisting with tax planning to optimise client outcomesOutsourcing and AdvisoryManaging bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts for a portfolio of clientsReviewing financial data and ensuring accuracy prior to final reviewProducing management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and financial analysisAdvising clients on profitability, cash flow, and business performance improvementsSupporting payroll, P11Ds, and broade
