About the role-Our Client provides [residential / home] care for older adults and people living with dementia. We need kind, reliable Care Assistants to help our residents live safe, comfortable and dignified lives.

What you will do

• Help residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and mobility
• Support residents at mealtimes and with hydration
• Spend time with residents, encourage activities and offer companionship
• Observe and report changes in health or wellbeing
• Keep accurate care records
• Follow safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures

What you need

• A caring, patient and reliable nature
• Good communication skills and spoken English
• Willingness to work shifts, including some weekends
• An enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this)
• No experience needed; full training provided

Nice to have

• Previous care experience
• Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• A full UK driving licence (for home care roles)
