Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you ll play a crucial role in overseeing and managing commercial performance on reactive maintenance contracts. You ll ensure cost control, accurate valuations, and timely invoicing using NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR), working closely with operational and finance teams.Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial performance on reactive maintenance contracts. Apply NHF SORs for valuation and cost reporting. Process and track invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Use Excel to maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting. Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and commercial alignment. Assist with monthly valuations, reporting, and forecasting. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the social housing/reactive maintenance sector. Strong working knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR). Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microso
