Sous Chef
Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Sous Chef for a fine dining Italian restaurant in West London. It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere. In a brigade of 12 and a capacity of 60 covers working over 7 or 8 shifts, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a Michelin starred Head Chef. As well as a competitive salary, the company is offering many benefits to the successful applicant Requirements Held a similar position for at least 2 years Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine A team player willing to lead and share knowledge A good communicator with management and junior chefs A motivated individual, hands on in all sections Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels Benefits Salary package: 45,000 - 55,000 Christmas and New Year holidays Some weekends off Uniform provided Meals on duty Bicycle/motorbike parking Company pension scheme This is an on-site permanent role You must be eligible to work in the U.K
