Lead a dedicated team, fostering a trauma-informed culture that prioritises safety, dignity, and recovery. Manage risks and behaviours linked to forensic histories, offending, or complex trauma with proven strategies. Develop care plans, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., mental health professionals, social services).
