Job Title: Senior Accountant (Accountant level considered) Contract Type: Permanent Location: London Salary: £80,000 £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience The Company Our client is an established international energy business, active in the trading, generation and supply of electricity and gas. Operating from a London base as part of a wider global group, the business plays a key role in supporting international commodities and energy trading activity, within a well-regulated and highly professional operating environment. The Role The Senior Accountant will support the finance team in driving accurate reporting, efficient processes and strong financial controls across the UK entities of the business. The role covers a broad remit spanning statutory and group reporting, treasury, tax and regulatory returns, with regular exposure to banks, regulators and other external stakeholders. This is a hands-on finance role suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants to build their experience within a collaborative, inclusive team that values diverse perspectives and works closely together to achieve shared goals.
